THE DWARVES"

Therefore, through is work on the dwarves, Michel Levy wanted to represent them flayed. In his words : « skin is the biggest organ, a kind of a buffer between the outside world, and the inside world.

By not representing this skin in my sculptures, It symbolically allows to see the inside of the being, like an inspection of the old man. »

A way like another to realise a state of play and to seek to live with what we have and not what we would like to obtain . Some of the characters I represent are maimed , nevertheless they keep existing despite the obstacles.
